Privacy Policy

When you request a free resource, join a waitlist or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your first name, last name and email address.

We also record information that shows how and when you signed up: the date and time of your submission, which form or resource you signed up through, whether you chose to receive marketing emails, the exact wording of the marketing consent statement shown to you at that time, and technical details of the submission such as IP address and browser information.

We use your name and email address to send you the resource you requested and to respond to you.

If you check the marketing consent box, we also use your details to send you Soreva emails such as nervous system tips, tools, resources, new products, programs, offers and updates.

We keep the consent details described above so we can demonstrate what you agreed to, as required under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Marketing consent is always optional and is never pre-selected. You can request and receive a free Soreva resource without agreeing to marketing emails.

Requesting a free resource does not by itself sign you up for ongoing promotional emails. We only add you to Soreva marketing emails if you actively check the marketing consent box.

We use trusted third-party service providers to operate the website, store form submissions and deliver email. Soreva uses MailerLite as its email marketing platform; your name, email address and consent/source details may be stored and processed there so we can manage subscriptions and send the emails you asked for.

These providers may store information outside of Canada and are required to handle it in line with their own privacy and security obligations.

Every Soreva marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can also email us to be removed.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not remove your access to a resource you have already downloaded.

The website may use cookies and basic analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Submissions are stored in a secured database accessible only to Soreva and its service providers. We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, or until you ask us to remove it.
