Meet the Founder

The story behind Soreva.

Cindy, founder of Soreva

Soreva was created from a simple realization:

We spend so much of our lives learning how to do more — but very little time learning how to truly slow down.

I'm Cindy, the founder of Soreva.

For years, I've been fascinated by wellness, personal growth and the connection between how we feel internally and how we experience our lives.

But the more I explored wellness, the more one idea kept coming back:

What if the answer isn't always doing more?

More routines. More goals. More productivity. More things we're supposed to fix about ourselves.

What if sometimes we need the opposite?

Less stimulation. More space. More intentional rest. More opportunities for our bodies and minds to simply slow down.

That idea became Soreva.

Why Soreva exists

I wanted to create the kind of wellness brand I was looking for myself.

Something beautiful and inspiring, but still practical. Something that could exist in everyday life — not just at a spa or on vacation. And something that didn't make wellness feel like another job.

Soreva is being built as an entire world around the idea of reset.

A place to discover simple practices. Thoughtfully selected wellness tools. Digital experiences you can use at home. And immersive retreats where you can step away from the noise completely.

Different experiences. One purpose: creating more space to slow down, recover and reconnect.

The bigger vision

Soreva isn't about chasing a perfect version of yourself.

It isn't about never feeling stressed. And it isn't about trying to live in a permanent state of calm.

Stress is part of being human.

Soreva is about learning to create moments on the other side of it.

Moments of quiet. Moments of recovery. Moments where nothing is being demanded of you.

Because sometimes changing how you experience your life starts with something surprisingly simple: giving yourself permission to slow down.

“My hope is that Soreva becomes more than something you buy or somewhere you visit. I want it to become a reminder that you don't always need to push harder. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is create enough space to reset.”
